Snow Removal Pedestrian Crew On-Call Looking for candidates that are willing to be on-call (when it snows) or on the weekends All candidates must be reliable, have an excellent work ethic, and be willing to work in all kinds of weather. All sites are within Calgary limits. IS A PAYROLL POSITION biweekly pay, $20 cell phone allowance. Must be willing to work weekends on call, 7 days a week, daytime hours Operate blowers, use shovels for sidewalk clearing, answer and respond slack messages to confirm for shifts. Be prepared for calls during weather conditions calling for heavy snow falls Compliance with quality and safety standards. Have appropriate work gear and safety gear (winter boots required). Have consistent and reliable transportation - many of our sites are not easily accessible via public transit. Proper use of required personal protective equipment on crew proper winter gear. Ensuring proper use, care and inventory of company vehicles, equipment and tools This is an opportunity that can transition into year round work for an interested candidate - spring cleans, summer landscape maintenance or construction (we have two departments) and fall cleans.
