Role Overview Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a member of the executive leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic, operational, and visionary oversight across the organizations financial, people and culture, and external affairs and communications functions. This role ensures the financial integrity and sustainability of the organization while ensuring that people and culture practices and internal and external communication and engagement uphold the very highest standard of trust that CPABC enjoys today. The CFO will provide strategic advice to the CEO, Board, and senior leaders on efficient business operations, financial stewardship, and risk management and will play a pivotal role in aligning resources with organizational priorities, helping to position the organization well for the future. The CFO oversees approximately 40 staff and includes two Vice Presidents and a Director, each overseeing mature and highperforming departments. Candidate Profile As the ideal candidate, you bring a CPA designation and a successful track record of financial leadership in a senior role where your line of sight and impact have been organizationwide, and where you held functional oversight broader than finance alone. As an integral member of a leadership team, you will have built strong business partner relationships, both internally and externally, as well as proven your ability to provide strong direction and mentorship to accounting and other teams. Salary and Benefits The starting salary range for this position is between $206,850.00 and $245,600.00 per annum, based on candidate qualifications, experience, and internal parity.
