Hi All,Role : SAP FINANCE ConsultantLocation : Remote (Canada)Core Skills Required: Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial business processes and the ability to provide solutions for complex business requirements. Expertise in SAP FICO configuration and customization. Ability to implement, configure and support the Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules in SAP Involves requirements gathering, system design, customization, integration with other modules Testing, data migration, training users and ongoing support, ensuring seamless financial processes and reporting. Problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Job description in detail : Minimum 6 years experience in SAP S/4 Hana FICO Implementation and Support Assignments Work on rollouts and enhancements related to SAP Finance module for SAP S/4 HANA instance. Consultant will work directly with customers Finance SME, etc. for all SAP Finance related requirements, issues, tasks. Should possess experience working with cross functional areas OTC/PTP. Should have experience working on interfaces with external applications. Working knowledge of Flexible Workflows within Financial Accounting. Should be good at planning the deliverables required for every phase of the Rollout project. Gathers and analyses user business requirements and processes. Understands client requirements, needs, and functionality. Defines and documents business requirements and validates solutions with the client. Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules. Should have worked on cutover planning for the Finance activities in the previous projects. Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions. Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules Act as liaison with client and multiple teams for troubleshooting. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time. Works with business users to configure the module to translate business requirements into functional design specifications, document test cases and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Strong communication for status reporting, business, and client interaction. Provide key-user and end-user training and support as required. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to team members.
