This role is central to our operations, bridging the gap between finance, logistics, and general office management. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Invoice & Financial Documentation Review Vendor Bill of Lading Verification: Diligently checking and reconciling incoming vendor documents against purchase orders, delivery receipts, and contracts to ensure accuracy. Discrepancy Resolution: Identifying and resolving discrepancies in quantity and internal teams. Documentation: Maintaining organized, digital, and physical records of all documents. 2. Delivery & Logistics Coordination Product Tracking: Monitoring and tracking product shipments and deliveries to ensure timely arrival at their destination. Receipt Verification: Matching delivery notes and receipts against original orders and invoices for accurate inventory. Communication: Coordinating with logistics partners, warehousing staff, and sales teams regarding delivery schedules and issues. 3. Office Administration & Support General Administration: Providing daily office support, including managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
