The Equipment Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the trucking fleets equipment inspection, maintenance, and compliance activities. This role ensures operational efficiency, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards while supporting drivers and dispatch teams. Key Responsibilities Inspection & Maintenance Coordination Create and maintain an Equipment Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair list. Coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) activities with company personnel and third-party service providers. Driver Support & Compliance Work closely with drivers to ensure pre-trip and post-trip inspections are properly understood and conducted. Maintain Drivers Manual and Logbooks. Collaborate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Inventory & Yard Management Oversee inventory of parts and equipment. Monitor yard conditions and perform routine upkeep to maintain safety and organization. Administrative & Technical Skills Update and manage documentation related to equipment and compliance. Qualifications Class 5 Drivers License (mandatory). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office or similar). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
