Lead Operational StrategyImplement and execute the strategic objectives for the Canada Centre in alignment with Global HeadquartersDesign and implement efficient workflows that reduce friction for staff, programs, and classesManage the facilitys long-term needs, ensuring the physical space matches our standards of excellence2. Steward Financial HealthOwn the budget: oversee all budget planning, expense tracking, and financial reporting to ensure every dollar is used effectivelyPrepare clear, data-driven financial and operational reports for senior leadershipIdentify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or service3. Ensure Compliance & QualityAs the guardian of Policy & Procedure, you ensure the Centre remains compliant with all mandated standards and external legal regulationsOversee risk management, safety protocols, and HR administration for the local team4.
