In this analyst role, you will support company-wide sustainability reporting, modeling, and data integrity initiatives that shape how the organization measures and communicates its environmental impact.Working closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Investor Relations, Legal, HR, and Communications, you will help translate complex sustainability data into clear insights that inform decision-making. Expect a workplace that values integrity, safety, learning, and thoughtful innovation.Your ResponsibilitiesYoull support monthly and annual corporate sustainability reporting across climate, water, waste, circularity, and nature-related workstreams.In this role, youll gather, organize, and validate sustainability data from internal systems and third-party sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.Youll analyze sustainability data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Youll build clear and compelling materials that communicate sustainability strategies, goals, and metrics to internal and external audiences.Youll synthesize scientific research, reporting standards, and emerging ESG trends into actionable insights for the business.Youll partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment with reporting targets, frameworks, and compliance requirements.Youll actively promote and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies, supporting a strong culture of safety.Skills and Qualifications35 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within sustainability or ESG-related contextsBachelors degree required; Masters degree in Data Science, Environmental Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field is an assetExperience or exposure to sustainability reporting frameworks and greenhouse gas reportingStrong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and organizationAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsWhy Partner with AltisIf youve never worked with a staffing agency before, we make it easy.
