As an Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent in managing day-to-day operations on multi-family construction projects. This role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards by coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, and maintaining compliance with plans and regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and scheduling daily site activities.Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines.Enforce safety protocols and conduct site inspections.Monitor quality control and resolve on-site issues.Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate progress to the Superintendent.Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.Support project close-out and punch list completion.Qualifications3+ years of experience in multi-family or commercial construction.Ability to read and interpret construction documents.Strong organizational and communication skills.Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).OSHA certification preferred.
