The Opportunity: Supervisor- Nursing Services, Home & Clinical Care Permanent Posting Date: June, 2025 Reporting to the Manager of Nursing Services, this position is responsible for the clinical supervision of nursing staff in the Ottawa region. In collaboration with the Professional Practice Lead (Nursing), the Nursing Supervisor is responsible for orienting new staff, identifying and following up with job performance issues, providing clinical support, participating in client case conferences, providing ongoing training and assessments, and completing regular performance reviews. As a critical resource to the Nursing team, the Nursing Supervisor will support the Nursing Team in providing safe, client-centered care by modeling practice standards, defining care processes and procedures, and collaborating in the design of Nurses education and training. Striving for excellence in quality client care, the position provides leadership and supports the implementation of evidence-based professional practice projects, programs, and initiatives for the Nursing Team.
