We are looking for auto glass technicians who bring experience in the field and a positive attitude. We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and replacing auto glass with precision and care. The ideal candidate will have experience working in auto glass replacement and be comfortable using various hand and power tools. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and safety are paramount. Duties: Remove damaged or broken automotive glass safely and efficiently Install new or repaired glass using specialized tools and techniques Ensure proper sealing and alignment of glass components for optimal safety and appearance Inspect vehicles for additional damages or issues related to glass installation Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to handle glass components Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols during all procedures Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding service details Requirements Prior auto glass experience is required Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in handling hand tools and power tools Ability to lift heavy glass components safely (heavy lifting required) Strong attention to detail to ensure precise installation and repairs Good physical condition with the ability to stand, kneel or bend for extended periods Mechanic experience is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Must have a valid driver's license
