We are looking for an exceptionally talented and energetic Law Clerk to join our plaintiff personal injury practice in Vaughan or St. Catharines. The successful applicant must be a professional selfstarter dedicated to providing excellent service to their clients. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, conscientious, and selfmotivated with excellent communication skills. They must work well in a fastpaced environment and take pride in exceeding expectations. Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in Accident Benefits and Tort matters Ability to complete OCF forms according to the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule requirements Experience drafting pleadings (e.g., Statement of Claim, etc.) and preparing LAT Applications, mediation memorandums, and PreTrial memorandums Strong computer skills are a definite requirement; familiarity with legal software such as Primafact is an asset Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation Extended health benefits Dental care Extended health care Onsite parking Paid time off Work from home Job Details Job type: Fulltime, Permanent.
