In this role, youll oversee the full electrical design lifecycle while developing a high-performing team that delivers complex capital equipment projects on time and to the highest quality standards.This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing technical depth, people leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.What We OfferHealthy, competitive salary 10% annual bonus100% company-paid benefitsVacation timeOpportunity to lead impactful projects and influence engineering strategyWhat Youll DoAs the Electrical Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in shaping project outcomes and engineering excellence across the organization.Lead and manage a team of 1015 electrical professionals (controls engineers, PLC programmers, designers, software engineers, and field technicians)Own the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical design from concept through release and commissioningTranslate customer requirements into complete, compliant electrical designs and execution plansDevelop electrical concepts, perform research and analysis, and oversee creation of detailed drawingsEnsure electrical design reviews, documentation, and milestones are completed and recorded accuratelyDrive adherence to company product development processes, standards, and ISO requirementsEnsure designs meet customer purchase orders, internal standards, and M8 release deadlinesSupport manufacturing, assembly, testing, installation, and warranty phases (M8M12)Coordinate field support, service issues, on-site installations, and customer trainingCoach, mentor, and develop team members through performance management and cross-trainingFoster a collaborative, safety-focused, and continuously improving work environmentCommunicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersWhat You BringEngineering degree or related undergraduate degreeMinimum 4 years of experience in a capital equipment environment, with senior-level design and leadership responsibilities heavy industrial environment experience i.e. metal, stamping, metalforming, high-precisionStrong background in electrical design, controls and PLC systemsAdvanced experience with AutoCAD Electrical or similar electrical design softwareAbility to create electrical concepts, detailed drawings, and compliant design packagesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsKnowledge of manufacturing processes and engineered productsProven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver result If youre ready to lead people, drive complex projects, and make a lasting impact within an engineering-driven organization, wed love to hear from you.
