This role focuses on enabling and delivering Windows Security features across the platforms, driving initiatives from early pre-silicon planning through production release.The ideal candidate combines strong program management rigor with hands-on technical depth in software and security, and thrives in highly cross-functional, multi-company environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of Windows Security initiatives across the clients product portfolio.Own and execute cross-functional programs spanning pre-silicon planning, development, validation, and production.Partner closely with internal engineering teams, customer support, and external stakeholders (OEMs) to align on roadmaps, priorities, and technical deliverables.Manage the full program lifecycle, including:Schedules and milestonesRisk and issue managementDependency tracking and execution readinessDevelop and maintain program management artifacts such as:Executive dashboardsProgram forecastsRisk, issue, and dependency logsEnsure clear communication, accountability, and delivery across geographically distributed teams.Core Technical SkillsRequiredProven experience in Technical Program Management within a software or platform-focused environment.Strong understanding of:Software development lifecyclesSecurity technologies and conceptsHands-on experience with program management tools such as:JIRAConfluenceFamiliarity with software testing and verification processes.Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).PreferredExperience leading cross-company or partner-driven engineering programs.Knowledge of Windows Security architecture and related technologies.Technical proficiency or working knowledge of:C++PythonNice to HaveExposure to hardwaresoftware co-engineering environments.Experience working with platform, firmware, or OS-level security features.Work ConditionsHybrid work model with required onsite presence in the Markham, Ontario office.Interview process includes virtual (MS Teams) and in-person rounds.
