In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' online orders are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish. No prior experience in this field is requiredwe provide full training! Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Carefully reviewing and verifying online customer orders for accuracy. Processing payments and updating order statuses in our system. Coordinating with the shipping department to prepare orders for dispatch. Light data entry and maintaining organized digital records. Providing friendly and efficient customer service via email for any order-related inquiries. Who You Are (Requirements): No formal experience required! We will train the right person. You have a great attention to detail and take pride in doing things correctly. You are comfortable using a computer and can learn new software quickly. You are a reliable, self-motivated individual who can work independently. You value a quiet and supportive work setting and are a positive team player. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
