Responsibilities - Create and implement targeted sales strategies that exceed revenue goals. - Drive business growth through proactive outreach and creative selling. - Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, stakeholders, and partners; conduct engaging sales calls, host client entertainment, and attend trade shows. - Negotiate winwin deals that benefit the hotel and clients. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic shifts to maximize occupancy and revenue, especially during peak demand and lastminute openings. - Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into longterm partnerships. - Collaborate with hotel teams to align efforts and deliver seamless guest experiences. - Support sales administration tasks, proposals, contracts, client communication, and reporting. - Provide insightful sales reports and forecasts to track performance and optimize efforts.
