Alexander College is seeking an experienced and dynamic Student Enrollment & Sales Officer to develop and implement marketing initiatives targeting Grade 12 students and recent high school graduates across British Columbia and Canada. This role focuses on strengthening the Colleges presence within the BC education community by building relationships with high schools, coordinating recruitment events, and executing strategic marketing campaigns that highlight Alexander Colleges programs, including University Transfer pathways to UBC, SFU, UVic, and other major universities. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reports to a Marketing and Enrollment Manager EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time, Permanent SALARY RANGE: $60,000-$80,000 (based on experience) WORK WEEK: The Employee will work during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, for 37.5 hours per week (not including a 30-minute unpaid meal break per day). Flexibility will be required. - College operating hours are 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and shifts will either be opening or closing - Saturday day shift may be required on occasion - Occasional overtime may be required LOCATION: The Burnaby and Vancouver campuses. Flexibility to travel within the province or across Canada, and to work at both campuses, will be required. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. - Minimum of 35 years of marketing experience, preferably in education, youth outreach, or student recruitment. - Proven experience developing campaigns that appeal to youth and young adult audiences. - Knowledge of BCs high school and post-secondary education systems. - Experience managing outreach or engagement events. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. - Strong project management and organizational skills. QUALIFICATIONS: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with school counselors, students, and parents. - Demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing strategies and outreach campaigns. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media management tools, and content creation platforms. - Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and authentic marketing materials. - Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain professionalism in a fastpaced environment. - Understanding of cultural diversity and inclusivity when communicating with diverse audiences. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at attracting BC high school students to Alexander College. - Plan and coordinate outreach events such as school visits, career fairs, and open houses. - Build and maintain relationships with local high schools, guidance counselors, and community organizations. - Create content for digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, and email campaigns. - Collaborate with the Marketing and Enrollment teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance to refine recruitment strategies. - Represent Alexander College professionally at external events and presentations. - Support the marketing team with other initiatives as assigned by management. - Meet with and enroll students both virtually and inperson based on their educational specifications and requirements - Complete lead followups using different tools such as emailing, calling, texting and if required, meeting virtually or inperson at the campus. - Ensure CRM is up to date and lead followup steps are performed correctly - Assist the Marketing and Enrollment Department in conceiving, implementing, administering, and evaluating marketing plans for the College - Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing and Enrollment Managers How to Apply If you are interested in the above position and you would like to apply, please email your cover letter and resume with the email title being [Your fullname]_Enrollment & Sales Officer 2025 to [email protected] .
