Company Description Nuada Law is seeking an Associate Lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation to join a growing legal practice; Employment law experience is required. This is a full-time, in-person position in downtown Toronto, just a short walk from the subway and on the PATH. You will work directly with the principal lawyer on a wide range of employment law matters, with a particular focus on litigation. Qualifications - Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. - Must have a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience. - Employment law experience is required. - Strong advocacy, negotiation, and litigation skills. - Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities. - Comfortable using AI and legal tech tools to enhance efficiency. - Ability to independently manage files and meet deadlines. - Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
