Drake International is seeking a bilingual Client Success Manager Project Delivery to join one of our mission-driven client organizations on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for a highly organized, client-focused professional who thrives on owning delivery, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring clients achieve meaningful outcomes.You will serve as the primary point of accountability for client-facing initiatives, overseeing planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. Working closely with client organizations, internal teams, and external partners, you will ensure initiatives are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.This role is open to professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, including client success, account management, project management, customer experience, consulting, events, or operations.
