LIMS Expert Digitalization Project (Pharmaceutical Laboratories) Location:Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario, Canada Job Description:Are you passionate about driving digital transformation in the pharmaceutical industry? Efor is seeking experienced LIMS Experts to lead and support laboratory digitalization initiatives across our client sites in the GTA. Your mission: transition our partners from paper-based workflows to advanced, compliant LIMS platforms, enabling efficient, secure, and modern laboratory operations. Responsibilities:Lead and support the deployment of LIMS solutions (LabVantage, Labware, STARLIMS, or equivalent) from initial requirements gathering through go-live.Map and analyze current paper-based workflows, and design optimized digital processes aligned with compliance standards (GMP, FDA/Health Canada regulations).Serve as the key technical point of contact between client laboratory staff, IT, and project stakeholders.Configure, validate, and maintain LIMS platforms for data integrity, security, and user experience.Develop and deliver user training, SOPs, and change management support.Troubleshoot, monitor, and continuously improve digital solutions post-implementation.Required Profile:Minimum 3 years experience implementing or supporting LIMS in a regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environment.Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and data management requirements.Hands-on expertise with leading LIMS solutions.Knowledge of GxP, data integrity, and regulatory compliance for the pharma sector.Experience in project management or change management is highly valued.Located in the GTA, or willing to relocate.Interested?
