Family owned and operated Non-union Serves the GTA and beyond 30+ years in business Commercial & Industrial Key Responsibilities Install, retrofit, and replace mechanical plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including: Heating Boiler Systems Chilled Water Systems (including cooling towers) Sewage Ejector Pump Systems Storm Pump Systems Domestic Cold Water Booster Pumps Domestic Hot Water Storage Systems Pressure Reducing Valves (service and adjustment) Chiller Water & Heating Water Pump Systems Perform pipe cutting, grooving, threading, soldering, and gluing as needed. Accurately fit piping for welders (4'' - 12''). Safely rig and maneuver large, heavy equipment and materials. Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications confidently and accurately. Identify mechanical equipment and materials as per project specifications. Communicate effectively with mechanical build crews, electricians, and controls contractors. Diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently while explaining solutions to customers. Ensure work is completed on time and in accordance with safety and industry standards. Maintain organization while managing multiple tasks within the same scope of work. Keep track of tools, materials, and job progress. Requirements & Qualifications Valid 306A Plumbing License (mandatory) Valid Driver''s License (mandatory) G2 Gas License (an asset) Minimum 5 years of experience working with commercial mechanical systems Strong knowledge of whole-building mechanical systems Experience with craning and rigging is essential Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong math skills for accurate piping layouts, material estimation, and labor calculations Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively Why Join Us?
