This role requires a seasoned construction professional with strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations.You will work closely with Directors of Construction, Project Coordinators, Site Superintendents, clients, consultants, and trade partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & DeliveryLead full project lifecycle delivery, including pre-construction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-outDevelop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, cash flows, and cost controlsOversee contract administration, change management, RFIs, submittals, and document controlProactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategiesFinancial & Commercial ManagementMaintain accountability for project profitability and margin performanceReview and approve project forecasts, cost reports, progress billings, and change ordersNegotiate and manage subtrade and supplier contractsEnsure accurate and timely financial reportingTeam Leadership & MentorshipProvide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Project Coordinators and project teamsFoster a collaborative, respectful, and high-performance team environmentWork closely with Site Superintendents to support site execution and issue resolutionClient & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholdersLead project meetings and maintain strong, transparent communicationBuild and maintain long-term client and trade partner relationshipsSafety, Quality & ComplianceChampion safety excellence and ensure compliance with Alberta OHS legislation and company safety programsEnsure quality control and quality assurance standards are upheldSupport COR-aligned safety programs and site auditsQualifications & Experience10+ years of progressive experience in ICI construction, with senior-level PM responsibilityProven experience delivering complex projects (commercial, institutional, industrial, healthcare, or multi-storey)Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, cost control, and project delivery methodsExperience working in Alberta with knowledge of local codes, trades, and regulationsPost-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, CMiC, MS Project, P6)Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsValid Drivers licence in good standingsAbility to travel to other sites and or other provinces.How to ApplyKindly submit your resume along with a Project List outlining your experience and project details .
