Your role As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer specializing in Rock Mechanics, you will lead complex projects, mentor junior staff, and serve as a technical reference. You will contribute to strategic proposals and help expand our infrastructure geotechnics capabilities. Qualifications & Experience - Degree in Civil Engineering or Geology; postgraduate qualification in Geotechnical Engineering preferred. - Minimum 15 years of relevant experience (or equivalent expertise). - Professional Engineering License (P.Eng) in Ontario or eligibility to obtain. - Proven experience in rock mechanics design and rock mass characterization. - Focused expertise on rock mechanics and rock engineering projects dealing with rock face stability, tunneling and underground excavations in rock, foundations, and rockfall hazards. - Expertise in sectors such as highways, rail, municipal, industrial, commercial, or residential geotechnics. - Strong project management and client relationship skills. Benefits & Compensation Expected compensation for this role is between $125,000 $171,900 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters such as skills, experience, and potential impact on the role.
