Youll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks. The Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining and delivering endtoend technical strategies for large, complex enterprise solutions. This role combines a broad understanding of Bells core service offeringsNetwork, Security, Data Centre, Collaboration, Contact Centre, and Mobilitywith emerging technologies from Bells tech services portfolio (AI Fabric, Ateko, BellCyber). The Enterprise Architect ensures solutions are architecturally sound, scalable, and aligned with client objectives while meeting compliance and operational requirements. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Enterprise Architect provides technical leadership, develops solution roadmaps, and supports business development activities. The role requires strong technical judgment, financial acumen, and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple organizational levels. Key Responsibilities Design and validate endtoend technical solutions for large enterprise opportunities, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and Bell standards. Develop accountspecific technology strategies that support client objectives and futurestate architectures. Evaluate solutions for total cost of ownership (TCO), return on investment (ROI), and consumption forecasting. Work with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are consistent, compliant, and optimized for performance and cost. Present technical solutions and recommendations to clients, focusing on business outcomes and operational feasibility. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout solution design and implementation. Maintain knowledge of Bells service portfolio and emerging technologies to guide solution design and innovation. Ensure adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and compliance requirements. Critical Qualifications Proven experience in solution or enterprise architecture for large, complex deals. Strong leadership and collaboration skills across multiple teams and stakeholders. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Broad technical knowledge across traditional IT domains and modern cloud/SaaS platforms. Financial analysis and solution modeling experience. Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities in highpressure environments. Vendor relationship management and integration of bestofbreed technologies. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications Engineering degree in Computer Communications or equivalent experience. 8+ years in architecture or IT strategy roles for large enterprises. Technology certifications (e.g., CCNP, AWS, Azure, Salesforce, ServiceNow) are assets. Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CDTP, SAFe, TOGAF) are assets. Deep expertise in at least two of the following domains: Network, Voice/UC, Security, Data Centre, Contact Centre, IoT. Strong knowledge of IP networking and Internet technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, SIP, MPLS, etc.). Familiarity with Cloud and Data Center solutions. Bilingualism required (French & English speaking). Additional Information In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada. Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
