Our Values We have Grit - We are Collaborative - We Care About People - We Keep It Real Key Responsibilities Manage & coordinate all phases of the Building System project delivery cycle from Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning Plan the mechanical and electrical components of a construction project and prepare a construction schedule in conjunction with the Project Superintendent and the Project Manager Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for the mechanical and electrical components of the job, and assist the Project Manager to ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings Monitor in conjunction with the Superintendent, a project''s material and labour costs for mechanical and electrical components and assure accurate quality reporting is being conducted Assist the Project Manager by leading project meetings, determining the status of the job in terms of scheduling and costing and solve complex technical issues Develop the temporary power, heating and water systems Coordinate with project design and BIM teams as required for M&E system interfaces with architectural and structural elements Review mechanical and electrical changes to ensure they are complete and up to standards and review subcontractor prices on these changes. Lead and implement M&E quality control program to ensure subcontractor quality plan is being executed. Collaborate with the project team on planning and coordination for all on-site mechanical and electrical activities while keeping compliance of specifications, requirements and codes top of mind, while mitigating risk.
