As an Analyst in Revenue Management, you will be the primary contact for all pricingrelated requests within your Sales Division. Your responsibilities will include providing consultation and recommendations on various pricing matters such as new opportunities, growth, retention, RFP responses, rate changes, impact analysis, contract renewals, and competitive/market insights and analysis. Responsibilities Transform business opportunities and customer needs into effective and collaborative pricing solutions. Evaluate the profitability and risk of all pricing requests and provide informed recommendations. Maintain rigor and accuracy in all pricing analyses, approval requests, and final pricing releases for implementation. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Contracts, and Legal to address issues and propose effective solutions. Provide recommendations and operate within the established delegation of authority and approval guidelines. Conduct adhoc analyses and implement corporate pricing initiatives. Drive efficiencies through continuous process improvement. Adhere to corporate directives on individual and departmental goals and other requirements. Ensure customer compliance. Education Bachelor''s degree or equivalent in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Experience 35years in a similar business role. Proficiency with data manipulation and analysis using Excel, Access, and SQL; experience or training in data science is beneficial. Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other interactive data visualization products and SAPS/4HANA. Strong analytical, problemsolving, organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deliverables. Ability to work effectively with highlevel direction, strategies, and problem statements. Ability to interact with all levels within the organization to achieve desired results. Ability to prepare, present, and speak confidently regarding analyses and explain results in written and verbal formats to teams and nonfinancial individuals. Ability to manage a small project from beginning to end. Ability to take initiative; selfmotivated, logical, and adaptable to provide solutionoriented, valueadded support. Ability to build and maintain relationships; must be a team player. Asset: Transportation industry knowledge and experience with pricing and/or revenue management.
