We are looking for a talented, organized individual who will provide comprehensive support to our client experience team. As a CX Director, you will manage the overall health of VP and Clevel client relationships, profitability of assigned accounts, and provide guidance and oversight to account teams. Responsibilities Contribute to the development of the annual business plan and success of the business as it pertains to your department and your team. Be actively engaged in the timely execution of specific tasks within the overall business plan. Be accountable for team KPIs that drive the Acart brand and overall success of the agency. Attend and actively participate in team leader training and planning sessions. Actively practice giving direct feedback in the moment and encouraging and enabling others to do the same at all levels. Take an active role in promoting Acart work and community engagements through social channels, encouraging team members to do the same. Understand the agencys business plan, policies, values, and brand, and ensure they are practiced by your team and clearly communicated when onboarding new hires. Ensure your team understands the different processes and methodologies used at Acart (e.g., brand, video, and development processes and the tools used for each). Set clear expectations with your team and hold itand yourselfaccountable for them. Regularly share learnings derived from leadership training with your team and coworkers. Conduct regular communications and temperature checks with your team (e.g., monthly department meetings and onetoones). Recruit, interview, hire, and assist with onboarding new employees. Mentor talent, conduct performance reviews (threemonth and annual), solicit peer reviews, etc. Encourage and facilitate professional development for team members. Monitor, evaluate, and recommend employee compensation (salary, raises, time off in lieu, bonuses). Monitor timeoff requests/approvals in Timetastic promptly. Direct ongoing building and fostering of your team, ensuring individuals have what they need to succeed in their jobs (tools, skills, equipment) and are being challenged creatively and strategically. Offboard employees (conduct exit interviews, collect equipment/keys, manage necessary communications, review emails/laptop contents). Develop short, mid, and longterm account plans identifying strategic approaches to maintainand growa range of B2B client relationships. Oversee daytoday project activities, ensuring they meet expectations of quality, scope, and profitability within established timelines. Cultivate strong working relationships at all levels within assigned client accounts, especially with VPs and Clevel executives. Promote an environment of professionalism, trust, openness, and mutual respect; assist with career development and succession planning through mentoring and coaching. Be an excellent listener, confident communicator, and presenter with a firm grasp of established goals and metrics for shared success. Qualifications 6+ years of digital, media, or integrated agency experience (or similar leading digital projects) including deep knowledge of technical website structures, effective leadgeneration initiatives, and email marketing campaigns. Strong media background is an asset. Deep knowledge of brand and/or gotomarket campaign development and execution processes. Strong people management and negotiation skills; ability to prioritize work and resources across projects based on client priorities. Sufficient depth of knowledge in project management and development models (waterfall, iterative, agile). Familiarity with digital marketing tools used for research, content development, tracking, and reporting. Experience working with global B2B and B2C clients (asset). You will play a critical role in a Media Department that plans and buys media space for national and local businesses across a variety of industries. Responsibilities Work with the Senior Programmatic Buyer to develop innovative and strategic digital media plans for our clients. Prepare and present programmatic media plans that deliver on client objectives. Set up and launch digital campaigns within social ad platforms (Facebook, Google, X, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn). Work with programmatic platforms such as Google DV360, Amazon DSP, and TradeDesk. Negotiate media space purchases with vendors and manage related contracts and insertion orders. Coordinate performance measurement framework with Acart digital and client teams. Monitor ad spend and optimize ad performance by identifying topperforming tactics. Prepare and present campaign reports, performance insights, and recommendations. Work with other agency teams in developing ad material specs and ad distribution. Collaborate with the Media Director and Client Experience team to develop new business for the agency. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of digital media planning and buying experience with strong knowledge of display advertising, social media advertising, and new formats (Connected TV, streaming audio). Expertise in the North American digital media landscape, usage trends, and available advertising vehicles and formats. Experience working with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics. Analytical, organized, detailoriented, and able to multitask. Team player with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. Strong written and oral presentation skills in English (French is an asset). As a Media Inside Sales Executive, you will accelerate revenue growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities across North America. Key Responsibilities Strategically build a sales territory in North America from scratch, supported by content marketing efforts and other key marketing channels. Drive new business by identifying highpotential prospects, conducting cold outreach, and securing meetings with key decisionmakers. Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored advertising solutions. Develop and refine a sales methodology that drives consistent results and regularly report on KPIs. Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction. What You Bring 3+ years of experience in an inside sales role, media sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Working knowledge of CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Pipedrive). Exceptional cold calling, lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to develop and execute compelling sales pitches. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messaging and build rapport with clients. Selfmotivation and a relentless drive to achieve goals, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Clientcentric approach with a strong focus on understanding client needs and delivering solutions that drive client success and satisfaction.
