Litigation Associate Parlee McLaws LLP has an opening for a Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic litigation group in our downtown Edmonton office. Our firm has a rich history of providing exceptional legal services to our clients for well over a century, and we are excited welcome a dedicated and talented individual to our team. We are seeking a candidate with specific experience and interest in handling general litigation matters, as well as property, personal injury, and other liability insured matters. The ideal candidate will possess: Current, active member in good standing with the Alberta Law Society Experience with insurance clients, reporting, conducting Questionings, and independent file load / management Solid oral and written advocacy skills and experience Clear and effective communication Commitment to managing work and client relationships Commitment to working with our team and to building strong internal and external relationships Court experience This individual will be enthusiastic about being engaged in active, hands-on litigation for our clients.
