Le programme davions commerciaux A220 et la rgion Amrique du Nord Airbus Digital recherche un.e Spcialiste des oprations infonuagique et centre de donnes pour rejoindre notre quipe Digital Infrastructure & Platforms base Mirabel (Qubec, Canada). Vous ferez partie de lquipe Hosting charge de livrer et oprer les services autour de nos centres de donnes et de l infonuagique, contrler les niveaux de performance de nos infrastructures et plateformes ainsi que contrler les niveaux de qualit des prestataires / partenaires de lquipe Hosting. Lorganisation de lquipe est tablie de manire promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manire autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rle en tant que Spcialiste des oprations infonuagiques et centre de donnes sera de dtre en proximit des responsables applicatifs de la rgion Amrique du Nord, de planifier avec autonomie et excuter des oprations visant amliorer notre performance oprationnelle, piloter et contrler la qualit de services de nos fournisseurs,. Vos dfis: * Soutien Applicatif Rgional : Fdrer et soutenir les responsables applicatifs nord-amricains. * Coordination Infrastructure : Assurer la liaison avec lEurope pour la gestion des infrastructures dhbergement. * Performance et Amlioration : Dfinir et piloter le plan damlioration continue ; surveiller les KPI pour la qualit des services et des fournisseurs. * Mise en uvre et Dlgation : Intervenir techniquement et oprationnellement sur les systmes, ou dlguer le travail aux prestataires externes. * Documentation et Inventaire : Maintenir la documentation oprationnelle et grer linventaire des licences dinfrastructure rgionales. * Finance et Budget : Contribuer aux prvisions financires (infonuagique, licences, investissements numriques). * Gestion de Crise : Participer aux cellules de crise et mener les analyses des causes racines (RCA). * Mthodologie : Adopter la mthodologie Safe. Votre profil : * Exprience Professionnelle : Minimum 10 annes dexprience pertinente dans le domaine des Technologies de lInformation (TI). * Formation : Diplme universitaire de niveau Baccalaurat (Bachelor) ou Matrise (Master) en Technologies de lInformation ou dans un domaine connexe. * Infogrance Cloud & Dpannage (GCP) : Matrise avance du Cloud et dpannage complexe (GCP). * Gestion des Infrastructures On-Premise : Exprience en administration de centre de donnes et/ou gestion de serveurs (Windows/Linux) et/ou bases de donnes. * Rseautique : Connaissance gnrale des architectures rseaux dentreprise. * Infrastructure & Virtualisation : Comprhension de la gestion des machines virtuelles et de linfrastructure associe. * Rsolution de Problmes (RCA) : Capacit identifier la cause racine (RCA) et proposer des solutions prennes. * ITIL : Exprience des bases ITIL. * Intgration : Exprience en intgration de solutions COTS. * ServiceNow : Comptences oprationnelles apprcies. * Orientation Client/Mtier : Approche centre sur les besoins mtier. * Travail dquipe : Intgration et alignement sur la planification produit. * Innovation : Esprit innovant. * Langues : Anglais courant ( loral et lcrit) est requis. You will be part of the Hosting team responsible for delivering and operating services around our data centres and cloud infrastructure, monitoring the performance levels of our infrastructures and platforms, as well as controlling the quality levels of the Hosting teams providers/partners. Your profile: * Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the field of Information Technology (IT). * Education: University degree at the Bachelors or Masters level in Information Technology or a related field. * Cloud Operations & Troubleshooting (GCP) : Advanced proficiency in Cloud and complex troubleshooting (GCP). * On-Premise Infrastructure Management : Experience in data center administration and/or server management (Windows/Linux) and/or databases. * Networking : General knowledge of enterprise network architectures. * Infrastructure & Virtualization : Understanding of virtual machine management and associated infrastructure. * Problem Resolution (RCA) : Demonstrated ability to identify the root cause (RCA) and propose lasting solutions. * ITIL : Experience with ITIL basics. * Integration : Experience in COTS solution integration. * ServiceNow : Operational skills would be appreciated. * Customer/Business Orientation : Approach focused on business needs. * Teamwork : Integration and alignment with product planning. * Innovation : Innovative spirit. * Languages: Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
