This is part-time / on-call work (not full-time). The role focuses on cleaning and turnovers plus occasional errands. Properties Stouffville: 4-bedroom home rented room-by-room (monthly stays). Richmond Hill: 4-bedroom home rented room-by-room, plus two separate lower-level units (each with its own kitchen and bathroom). Two additional homes (newly renovated): periodic check-ins and basic inspections. What youll do Clean rooms/units after checkout; make beds; launder and restock linens/towels. Light staging before guest arrival; guest-ready Inventory & supply runs (toiletries, paper goods, cleaning products). Basic on-site coordination (report issues with photos/video). Occasional personal errands (e.g., grocery pickup). Requirements Must have a car and valid drivers licence. Proven reliability, strong attention to detail. Comfortable using a smartphone for messages, photos, and simple checklists. Prior cleaning/turnover or hospitality experience is an asset. Compensation $25/hour.
