As a volunteer, you will assist us in gathering and mobilizing resources. Your significant contributions will aid our partner in reaching their objectives and making a constructive impact on society. As a volunteer, you will: Assess the current strategy for effectiveness and relevance, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Review existing methodologies, tools, and resources to evaluate performance and identify any gaps. Develop a work plan for strategic initiatives with targeted action plans for specific areas needing attention. Conduct extensive research using primary and secondary sources to understand the market and inform decision-making. Visit companies and meet with key stakeholders to gather insights for a well-informed strategic plan. Promote collaboration and communication among team members to align goals and objectives. Recommend tools to streamline internal processes and enhance efficiency and productivity. Engage in meetings and forums to encourage knowledge sharing and leverage collective expertise. Essential Requirements: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Development and/or equivalent experience in a related field.
