This opportunity is for dedicated associates that are searching for the ability to take a clinical leadership role with the support of a robust DSO back-office with a Provider first philosophy. You can make a difference in underserved cities within 25 miles of the Canadian border. *Compensation, Benefits & Support Services* *Exceptional Earning: * Avg. Earnings CA *$ $4,230.33 per day*. ( Est. CA *634,549.50 a year from Collectible Production working 40 hours a week)* *To start - Locum Tenens 90 day contract - Minimum of CA $ - $ per day* _*Compensation Basis*_ Providers paid bi-weekly on % of production with true-up NOT collections. *Providers are typically shorted 4-12% due to collections comp. programs. *Visa Sponsorship*: Comprehensive legal fees & USCIS authorization costs for foreign-trained dentists meeting legal requirements *Clinical Staff Support:* Four-Handed Dentistry with experienced trained assistants *Administrative Support:* Robust Office, Regional and Corporate leadership structure *Fast Start Option*: Dentists with a NY State Medicaid ID can start within several weeks under a Locums Tenes Agreement to replace open positions. These are Fee-For-Time arrangements converted to employment after credentialing completion.
