With over a century of service, we're committed to safe, reliable, and sustainable power delivery.Your Role:Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with ESA Regulation 22/04 and internal procedures.Conduct safety meetings, onsite inspections, and incident investigations; recommend corrective actions.Identify, assess, and mitigate hazardous conditions.Plan and schedule overhead and underground construction and maintenance activities.Coordinate emergency repairs and system restorations.Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met.Review and interpret electrical drawings and designs.Support design team with field interpretations and billing.Mentor design team members. Maintain positive customer and stakeholder relationships.Inspect materials, workmanship, and safety practices for compliance with standards.Issue deficiency notices and ensure corrective actions.Validate completion packages including as-builts, documentation, and material returns.Collaborate with design teams during planning and construction phases.Minimum QualificationsRed Seal Power Line Technician certification.Supervisory experience in a utility environment Knowledge of Toronto Hydro distribution systems (13.8kV, 27.6kV, 4kV, Network & Box Systems).Familiarity with Utility Work Protection Code (UWPC).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Occupational Health & Safety Certification.Valid driver's licence.What You'll Get in ReturnShort team Contract with potential for extension.Competitive pay range.
