We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to grow our team and ensure that Dias is a great place to work. Field Training Coordinator The Field Training Coordinators goal is to contribute to operational excellence and to ensure our field teams knowledge and compliance with legislation, internal health and safety policies, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Working with the Operations and HSE departments to develop, coordinate and deliver an integrated training program. This program would involve: Specific geophysical task training Equipment training Operator training Leadership training 3 rd party training (First Aid, TDG, WHMIS,etc) Ensure crews are trained on SOPs and SWPs Track training among field crews and coordinate recertifications. 60/40 field and office initially, with more office-based work as time progresses and our program matures. Hands on. Will involve conducting field visits, learning our systems, working with our teams and identifying weak points that would benefit from training Identify specific training and drive the development of these courses. Salaried position with field bonus Requirements: Postsecondary education in Geoscience or HSE related field Drivers license Well rounded field-based skillset Strong track record of health and safety compliance Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to deliver material in an engaging manner #J-18808-Ljbffr
