Responsibilities Performance Management Deliver monthly/quarterly Organizational Effectiveness Reports, including BU performance health diagnostics Talent Infrastructure Key talent programs: Highpotential identification, succession planning, leadership pipeline Training execution: Onboarding, compliance training, case study workshops Culture Operations Organize quarterly town halls & annual leadership strategy sessions Lead internal culture publication (Rice Grains) Drive employee experience improvement projects Requirements Mandatory Fluent in Chinese (reading/writing) 3+ years in culture/organization/talent development Valid US visa (for occasional shortterm travel) Core Competencies Strong business acumen (quickly grasps operational logic) Service mindset warm, peoplecentric approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
