Voici Les Dfis Qui Tattendent Grer de faon autonome nos dossiers dabsence et devenir LA rfrence Btir une relation de confiance avec nos gestionnaires Maintenir tes connaissances jour sur les diverses lois (congs, normes provinciale, paie, immigration, politiques internes) et meilleures pratiques en gestion de la prsence au travail Amliorer continuellement nos processus et nos outils Travailler en troite collaboration avec tes collgues des quipes Paie et RH Au Quotidien, Ceci Signifie Effectuer tous les suivis requis lors des embauches : validation des lettres doffre, suivi sur les permis de travail, dossier demploy et adhsion aux avantages sociaux. Valider les diverses transactions RH dans Workday; faire les suivis ou correctifs requis et soutenir nos gestionnaires dans ladministration des dossiers employs. Grer de faon proactive les dossiers dinvalidit et autres absences (CSST, maternit, parental etc.) : coaching des gestionnaires, gestion des formulaires, remplir les demandes lors daccident de travail, suivis serrs et challenger lassureur, suivi sur les paiements des primes, ajustement des heures lors des retours au travail, etc. Administrer nos divers programmes davantages sociaux (Flex et traditionnels, REER/RBDP, PAEF, bilans de sant) : adhsion, analyse des changes de donnes lectroniques, ajustements au dossier de paie, facturation. Rpondre aux diverses demandes des employs (via courriels, appels tlphonique ou Teams) sur nos politiques, programmes davantages sociaux, congs et absences et sur lutilisation de Workday. Rpondre diverses demandes dinformations de partenaires externes ou agences gouvernementales. Participer activement la documentation de nos processus et lamlioration de nos outils en maximisant la technologie. Soutenir lquipe de la paie et / ou lquipe RH au besoin : communication en avantage sociaux, fin danne, projets spciaux. As-tu ce quon recherche? Minimum de 4 ans dexprience en administration RH ou avantages sociaux, incluant obligatoirement la gestion de linvalidit et des absences. Beaucoup de rigueur dans les suivis et dans lorganisation de ton travail. Bonnes habilets rdactionnelles et de communication interpersonnelle. Excellent sens du service la clientle. Bilinguisme requis (franais / anglais). Capacit de travailler en quipe. Bonne connaissance de Excel et curiosit envers les nouvelles technologies. Build a relation of trust with our managers. Continuously improve our processes and tools. Keep your knowledge up-to-date on various laws (LOA, provincial standards, payroll, immigration, internal policies) and best practices in disability management. Work in close collaboration with your colleagues in Payroll and HR teams. On a Daily Basis, This Means Perform all necessary follow-up during the hiring process: validate offer letters, track work permits, adjust employee files, and enroll employees in benefits programs. Validate various HR transactions in Workday; perform necessary follow-ups or corrections and support our managers. Proactively manage disability claims and other absences (WSIB, maternity, parental, etc.): coach managers, manage forms, complete claims for workplace accidents, closely monitor and challenge insurers, track premium payments, adjust hours upon return to work, etc. Administer our various benefits programs (Flex and traditional, RRSP/RBDP, EAP, health checkups): enrollment, analysis of electronic data exchanges, payroll adjustments, and invoicing. Respond to various employee inquiries (via email, phone calls, or Teams) regarding our policies, benefits programs, leave and absences, and the use of Workday. Respond to various information requests from external partners or government agencies. Actively participate in documenting our processes and improving our tools by leveraging technology. Support the payroll and/or HR team as needed: benefits communications, year-end activities, and special projects. Do you have what we're looking for? Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR or Benefits administration incl. disability and LOA management. Rigor and well-organized. Strong customer service skills. Good writing and interpersonal skills; bilingualism is required (French/English). Teamwork. Good knowledge of Excel and curiosity with new technology.
