About the role: Reporting to the Senior Coordinator, Training and Development, the Training Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs. To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for fostering professional growth. In this role you will: Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies Represent the company and the Training team positively, upholding EVRs values Deliver comprehensive training programs, including handson, classroom, computerbased, and field training tailored to site requirements Conduct operator reviews to enhance skills and ensure safe, productive performance Deliver performance audits and upskilling/coaching Provide classroom support to create more training time in the field Support all mobile equipment training in the mine, processing plant and maintenance Work with Senior Training and Operations Coordinator on developing training programs/ documentation/packages/courses Provide vacation coverage for the operations Coordinator to ensure that training always has support Assist with the development of training and documentation pertinent to the sites training requirements Complete ongoing training to maintain and update knowledge pertaining to regulations Build strong, collaborative relationships with operations, processing and maintenance teams to address departmental needs effectively Attend and deliver presentations at monthly safety meetings Benefits: Two Annual Bonus Plans Comprehensive Benefits Plan Retirement Package Health Lifestyle Account Requirements: A minimum of three years experience in an industrial environment with exposure to heavy equipment Minimum three years of experience in training or mentoring others A valid Class 5 Drivers License Strong digital literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Advanced communication and interpersonal abilities to engage and inspire diverse teams Strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt and prioritize in a fastpaced setting Ongoing commitment to training and staying current with regulations and standards Heavy equipment experience and knowledge Experience in openpit mining or a similar environment is an asset The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidates relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
