A day in the life of a Financial Service Representative Build strong relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email. Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product. Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit. Capitalize on financial crosssales and addon products. Manage collections activities for all pastdue financial accounts. Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail. What We Are Looking For Excellent communicator who is people and resultsoriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction. Experience in a customerfacing environment and comfortable interacting with customers over the phone. Strong objection handling and negotiation skills. Financially motivated sales representatives who thrive in fastpaced and competitive environments. Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit). Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a fulltime basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.
