(Synergy) is pleased to offer an opportunity to join our busy team as an intermediate land analyst, in our Fort St. John office.About SynergySynergy is dedicated to providing high-quality land and right-of-way services for projects ranging from large-scale pipeline, power transmission, transportation/infrastructure, telecommunications, upstream oil and gas, renewables, and mineral acquisition.Job Responsibilitiescoaching and mentoring junior analysts as requiredassisting Project Manager with project requirements and updates where requiredco-ordinating archaeology and environmental reports for application requirements where requiredsetting up new project files in database, entering updates and maintaining project statusperforming land title, corporate searches, and registrationspreparing requests for third-party agreements and consentspreparing surface legal documents and other related documentationcommissioning affidavitspreparing Crown applications for dispositionidentifying interested parties and determining impacted stakeholders according to provincial regulationspreparing and distributing RCNR & RHE project specific information according to project typepreparing and distributing documentation for First Nation pre-engagement processescompiling all correspondence and prepare logspreparing third party requests and maintaining tracking line listspreparing/submitting registration documentspreparing landowners agreements for acquisitionpreparing final land packages for projectperforming self-audit of work outputstrictly adhering to all Synergy policies and proceduresparticipating in and strictly adhering to Synergy HSE policies and proceduresstaying current on relevant local affairs/newsperforming other duties as requiredQualificationstwo- three years of industry-related experienceintermediate knowledge and understanding of Canadian/provincial regulatory processes and of land systemsexperience with iMapBC/ILRR/GATOR/LTSA/BCOnline requiredknowledge of all types of AMS and FLNRO applicationsability to learn new tasks quicklyexcellent organizational skillsself-motivatedability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging work environmentcommitted team player with the ability to work independentlyexceptional written and verbal communicationadherence to the highest ethical and professional standardsacute attention to detailhigh proficiency in MS OfficeIf you are looking for an opportunity to refine your professional skills and grow your career in the land industry, Synergy is the place for you.Synergy is an equal opportunity employer.
