Founded in 1972, the company has grown from a oneperson import wine business into an international drinks company with a portfolio of iconic beverage brands such as White Claw Hard Seltzer, Mikes Hard Lemonade, Ol Cocktail Co. and Ms+ by Messi, and a collection of luxury wineries in the Okanagan Valley including Mission Hill Family Estate, CedarCreek Estate Winery, Martins Lane Winery and CheckMate Artisanal Winery.What youll doOversee the insurance procurement process compile, analyse and report organizational data to inform strategy and purchasing decisions.Administer the insurance program manage distribution and upkeep of certificates of insurance, ensuring compliance and supporting business initiatives.Ensure accurate accounting and timely reporting of insurance expenses to inform business decisions.Contribute to the design, development and potential automation of insurance spend analysis.Coordinate the tracking and administration of claims, including documentation, monitoring and followup to support operational efficiency.Support business resilience efforts through stakeholder communication and datadriven analysis to inform strategic decisions.Enhance the Risk intranet site (MAGNET) with intuitive navigation, search, and streamlined content workflows to support selfserve usage for MAG stakeholders.What you haveDiploma or University Degree (business administration, risk management, accounting).Three or more years of experience in large, complex organizations.Insurance experience with a comprehensive understanding of industry terminology and coverages.Technical accounting knowledge and practical experience applying accounting principles; CPA designation is an asset.Advanced Excel proficiency with the ability to build and interpret complex analyses.Experience implementing Power BI solutions from data preparation to visualization and insight generation.Working knowledge of internal control and risk management principles.Strong verbal and written communication skills able to distill complex information into succinct summaries and actionable insights.Why Join UsMark Anthony is committed to hiring, engaging and growing qualified, talented, and motivated team members.
