The Mobile Mortgage Specialist (MMS) Sales channel is a national retail banking channel responsible for acquiring new mortgage and home equity line of credit business within Canadian Personal Banking (CPB). The Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant (MMSA) role supports Specialists by handling credit administration, customer service, and administrative tasks so Specialists can focus on sales. Job Details Parttime, minimum 15 hours per week; may offer up to 37.5 hours depending on business volumes. Work volume is received directly from your associated MMS during scheduled hours. Primarily remote; may work from home or a TD location. Flexible scheduling in partnership with your MMS and Manager. Key Accountabilities Customer Maximize support in credit administration. Maintain good relationships with partners, follow up on questions, and handle customer problems, escalating to MMS or DM when needed. Gather client documentation after initial MMS customer meeting and process credit applications. Process assigned work volumes accurately and efficiently. Support the customer journey through the deal process. Shareholder Validate supporting documentation to provide complete and accurate information. Contribute to meeting or exceeding MMS credit quality objectives and individual targets. Process transactions accurately and on time. Partner with administrative support groups to facilitate the endtoend credit decision process. Support sales goals and business objectives. Apply bank and business channel operating policies and procedures. Support operational excellence and process improvement opportunities. Escalate nonstandard or highrisk transactions as necessary. Maintain knowledge of the full mortgage suite of products and services. Employee / Team Participate fully as a team member and promote service, quality, innovation, and teamwork. Enhance knowledge and expertise in own area; participate in knowledge transfer. Contribute to performance management and personal development. Participate in team meetings, surveys, and training sessions. Create an equitable and inclusive environment. Act as a brand ambassador for TD, both internally and externally. Breadth & Depth Perform routine customer transactions with minimal financial impact. Understand how duties relate to other team members and integrate with them. Escalate nonstandard issues internally when required. Improve processes in your own work area. Use communication skills to clarify product information. Report to a Manager or higher. What We Are Looking For Minimum 1 year in a clientfacing or administrative role. Mortgage/credit lending experience. Superior computer/technology skills; proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized, selfstarter; able to work independently and multitask. Excellent timemanagement and accuracy; meet or exceed SLA expectations. Excellent customer service with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
