Responsibilities 24x7 support 60% of job weight: monitor and resolve support requests, perform deep OS analysis, handle cyber incidents, system crashes, bug fixes, packet captures, configurations, backups, and repair for appliances, networks, infrastructure. Identify efficiencies to reduce false positives and improve workflow. Root cause analysis and collaborate with consultants to resolve repetitive performance or configuration problems. Provide technical knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams for lowcomplexity problems. Record and escalated service performance trends, anomalies, and SLA breaches to senior leadership. Apply Trusted Advisor techniques to build client trust and loyalty. Service Delivery Improvement 20%: mentor less senior resources, develop SOPs and knowledge base articles. Professional Development 20%: attend trainings, obtain certifications, and participate in selfpaced learning. Qualifications Bachelors degree (B.A./B.S.) or 3year diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field + 1 year security experience in a clientfocused environment; or 6 years total IT experience with at least 1 year in a security operations center. At least two intermediatelevel certifications in Managed Security Services disciplines (examples: CCSA, CCSE, CCNASecurity, CCNP Security, CyberOps Professional, Palo Alto ACE, PCNSE, Cortex XDR PCDRA, PMXdS, IBM QRadar Security Administrator, Splunk, Exabeam, CrowdStrike Falcon CFA, Microsoft SC200, C|SA). Willingness to work 7day, 24hour managed services operations with weekends, holidays, and overtime. Experience supporting IT infrastructure and information systems at enterprise level. Strong communication, collaboration, problemsolving skills, and ability to work independently.
