Job Description Job Summary This strategic role is responsible for leading and executing high-impact, crossfunctional projects that drive financial efficiency, support strategic business initiatives, and enhance the company's financial performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills, capable of navigating complex challenges from conception through to completion. Key Job Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of critical financerelated projects, including M&A integrations, system implementations, cost optimization initiatives, and business process reengineering. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary finance liaison for special projects, working closely with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams (IT, Operations, HR, Legal) to ensure alignment, resource allocation, and successful outcomes. Strategic Support: Provide analytical support and financial expertise on adhoc strategic initiatives. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for the executive team and Board of Directors. Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Sustainability & ESG Reporting: Lead development and implementation of corporate sustainability reporting strategy, manage ESG data collection, ensure accuracy, and prepare reports per recognized frameworks. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial and sustainability reporting processes and systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Internal Control Framework: Document and evaluate business processes, identify risks, and design effective controls to mitigate those risks. Minimum Education and Experience Business degree with focus in Accounting or Finance. 7+ years progressive finance experience, at least 3 years in project management or strategic finance role. Experience with Workday, Google Sheets, and/or Microsoft Office (including Excel pivot tables). Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities High proficiency in project management. Track record of leading/ managing complex crossfunctional projects from start to finish. Experience converting data into meaningful presentations to support decisionmaking. Strong understanding of KPIs, dashboards and financial reporting. Excellent communication skills, presenting complex information to varied groups. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. Data visualization and presentation skills. Customer service and problemsolving skills. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities. DOMO and/or Workday experience is an asset but not required. Preferred Education and Experience Designation in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline (CPA, CFA, CBV, MBA). PMP designation. Other Requirements Valid passport required. Travel up to 25% of the time within the US and Canada.
