Industry Leading Training We provide a very well structured 4-6 week industry leading training program, You learn all aspects of scratch bakingCOBS Bread bakers are very well sought after in the industryOur bread and treats are baked fresh everyday without any added preservativesWe donate all of our end of day baked goods to community charities Role Responsibilities Work as part of a small team to bake products from scratch early each morning, following carefully crafted recipesBe responsible for reading production schedules and recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, molding and shaping dough, and processing everything through the ovensAlso work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and provide delightful customer service Requirements You're a morning person as shifts start as early as 2 AMMust be available to work weekends and statutory holidaysYou have your own transportation as your shifts will start earlier than public transit is availablePrevious baking and/or customer service experience is an asset, but it's not required.
