The role requires working all shifts. Responsibilities Perform routine tests and procedures within the Biochemistry laboratory. Adhere to quality assurance and good laboratory practice. Analyze data and troubleshoot analytical problems. Maintain accurate records and laboratory documentation. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with laboratory staff and other departments. Qualifications Graduate of a recognized program for Medical Laboratory Technologists. Registered and a member in good standing with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (C.M.L.T.O). Experience and demonstrated understanding of quality assurance and good laboratory practice. Effective analytical and problemsolving skills. High degree of initiative and selfdirection. Excellent organizational skills. Participation in continuing education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Recent experience working in a Biochemistry laboratory. Available for all shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Satisfactory attendance and performance record required.
