The successful candidate will be a key participant in the management of our changes to client implementations, will participate in product development, supporting any change requests and ensuring uptime on the environment.This position requires that you MUST be based in Canada, not require Frequency Foundry to sponsor a work permit or work visa, and be set up to work in a hybrid scenario with one day a week in our Calgary office.Core Responsibilities:Developing and modifying PowerApps model and canvas driven appsWorking directly with clients to support various projects and solutionsDesigning end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharingManage SLAs for existing clients of Frequency Foundry's B2B SaaS solutionsInstalling and configuring data gatewaysDeveloping Azure logic apps, Azure functions and Power BI developmentProviding architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft/Dynamics 365Creating and managing sites built with the Microsoft Power pages or PowerApps portalsAssist with CRM configuration, security roles, and access management within the Customer Service, Sales and Field Service environmentsSupport case management, service level agreements (SLAs), and Omnichannel configurationsTroubleshoot and solve Dynamics 365 CE & Power platform related technical problems such as custom plugins, API, integrations, and portalBe responsible for performing system upgrades, patch deployments, and release management for the client environments running Frequency Foundry's CRM solutionsCoordinate with Microsoft support as needed for any platform issuesYour credentials and skills:Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform Development (Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps, & Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)Experience with development of Azure logic apps and Azure functions and Power BI developmentExperience with API or REST services integrationsSolid understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sourcesWilling to learn latest Microsoft enterprise cloud technologies such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Office 365, Microsoft AzureExperience with installation and configuration of data gatewaysExperience with SQL Server Integration Services, FetchXML, SSRS, and DataverseRequired Certifications:Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant is a mandatory requirement but the Microsoft PL-400 certification is highly desired for this position.
