As part of an interprofessional team, you will assess and recommend treatments, serve as a resource for drug information, and monitor drug therapy to ensure safety and efficacy. You will also maintain workload records and statistics.Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days - 07:00 to 15:00 or 08:00 to 16:00GR Baker Memorial Hospital is a full-care hospital with 26 acute beds, ICU beds, and crisis stabilization beds, offering services like laboratory, diagnostic imaging, pharmacy, and more.
