With just 9 team members, we influence decisions for >10% of all known global Series A+ deals and increasingly drive major private transactions worldwide. Our mission: build the world's most comprehensive first-party data catalog for venture-backed companies. Role Termina is looking for an Analyst to join our Analysis Generation team as our 10th team member. In this role, you'll own the full Diligence Scan lifecycle, transforming billions of data points into GP-grade insights at speed. Every year youll dive deep into 100s of startups, giving you a richer view of company growth than any other opportunity could offer. Objectives Deliver exceptional insights to leading VCs and Executives by leveraging Termina's advanced data and models Become an expert in quantifying company growth, unit economics, and product signals Learn how to effectively synthesize and present findings directly to senior investors and executives Develop new analysis frameworks while improving automation Contribute to our L5 automation goals (automatic generation of highest-level insights) Qualifications Passion for understanding company growth and investment decisions Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex insights Experience with data analysis tools (in Excel, Python, or a similar environment.) Bonus Skills and Experience 0-2 years experience in product management, business, investing, or at an early-stage startup Financial analytical skills Degree in an analytical discipline (e.g., software engineering, economics, hard sciences) Proficiency in Python (e.g., pandas, matplotlib, plotly) or SQL Location Candidates must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area, Vancouver, or Greater Toronto Area and be willing to travel on a monthly basis to the Bay Area for team offsites.
