The CRC handles urgent AOG situations and routine inquiries, delivering live, comprehensive support to airlines, engineers, suppliers, and aircraft operators.Your Role as an Aerospace Technical Help Desk Specialist - Avionic SystemsBe part of an incredible team of talented professionals who share a passion for aviationCoordinate technical investigations with engineers, suppliers, and aircraft operatorsConduct technical analysis and troubleshooting, and implement corrective actionsRespond to airline technical inquiries with tailored solutionsAssess and investigate service difficulties and contribute to long-term solutionsBuild relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within airline clientsPromote MHIRJ products and services to support overall profitabilityWhat Youll Need to SucceedValid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license from Transport Canada or FAA-certified A&P license, with expertise in mechanical systemsMinimum 5 years of experience with an airline or MRO organization working on CRJ products; experience in MOC or technical services is an assetTeam player with initiative, strong sense of responsibility, and sound technical and business judgmentWillingness to travel on short notice (less than 10% of work time)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build and maintain positive relationships and communicate effectively at all levels with tact and diplomacyAbility to work under pressure, with strong attention to detail, planning skills, and commitment to meeting deadlinesSelf-starter capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple urgent initiatives simultaneouslyEnglish proficiency is required, as the selected candidate will regularly communicate with colleagues, clients, and partners outside of QubecWhy Join Us?Are you passionate about aviation?
