This role allows you to make a positive impact on our organization through your expertise in financial planning, experience in client relationship management, and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Your Role Coordinate and prioritize client requests, ensuring all administrative needs are fully addressed. Collaborate closely with the lead advisor to implement service plans, prepare meetings, and draft tailored proposals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client accounts and suggest improvements to enhance service and deliver added value. Assess planning needs (retirement, tax, estate, financial security) and recommend appropriate solutions. Engage with internal experts and wealth solutions managers to identify growth opportunities, including cross-selling and referrals. Prepare or oversee comprehensive financial plans, develop retirement projections, and follow up to ensure plans remain relevant over time. Requirements Hold a bachelors degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience in financial services. Demonstrated handson experience in financial planning preferred (creating plans, retirement projections, followup). Possess a mutual funds representative (RR) license, an asset. Master tools and methods for client information gathering, documentation of recommendations, and compliance. Show solid experience in client service and administrative operations related to wealth management.
