OverviewClinical Consultant Pharmacist - Continuing Care Specialty Pharmacy, Edmonton Full Time temporary 18 month contractCareRx Corporation is seeking a Clinical Consultant Pharmacist to join the Edmonton team. The Clinical Consultant Pharmacist is responsible for maintaining continuity of care for clientele through collaboration between onsite physicians, nursing staff, and other health providers at long term care, supportive living, and other congregate living communities.
